Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using funfriday.games you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by English law.

2. The service

funfriday.games provides an online platform for running team building game sessions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Workspaces and subscriptions

Workspace owners are responsible for managing their workspace, including member access and subscription billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

Plan limits (player counts, game frequency, feature access) are enforced as described on the Pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Submit content that is offensive, discriminatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Circumvent plan limits or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

6. Content

You retain ownership of any custom content you create (e.g. custom question packs). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and serve it within the platform. Built-in game content (trivia questions, prompts, word packs) is owned by us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, funfriday.games is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
